This got axed when the project got rid of weasel/piggieback.

As a side note, this kind of broke my workflow; I guess I should also document that figwheel exposes nrepl now. I wonder if there's a way to configure CIDER to automatically do that when jacking in...

Also, I wonder if there's any point to having start-server and stop-server be documented this way at all; why not just tell folks to use figwheel and be done with it since that's apparently the preferred modus operandi?

I'm contemplating axing the whole repl ns for that reason actually.
