There's something wrong with your overlay #26

When eix-sync is run, this appears in a text editor:

1 Merge branch 'master' of https://github.com/reagentoo/gentoo-overlay 2 # Please enter a commit message to explain why this merge is necessary, 3 # especially if it merges an updated upstream into a topic branch. 4 # 5 # Lines starting with '#' will be ignored, and an empty message aborts 6 # the commit.

It prevents eix-sync from completing until it is closed.

Sometimes I do git push -f. Try to use https://github.com/gentoo-mirror/reagentoo or try to refetch.
