• The groundnut intercrop and yield needs to be processed; it is clear from the description that the presence or absence of an intercrop this is a treatment variable but it is not treated as such
• do not use unique(). Duplicates indicate that there is something wrong. If you cannot find what it is, just leave them in.

Also:

• in georeferencing, for clarity, list all locations. Please do not use more than 4 decimals (~10 m) for coordinates from your own georeferencing. (For GPS coordinates not more than 5 decimals. )
• "# R script for "carob" should be the first line in the script (not the second or third)
• The text with the description should not be indented
• Commas should always be followed by a space
