there is no variable dym_total. There is dmy_total. But why do you think this is dry-matter yield? I would think that fresh-weight is more likely.
clearly this is "on-farm" (you have "on_farm=FALSE"
land_prep_method without rigde tillage is not "none". We do not know what it is, so it could be "unknown", but in this case I would use "conventional". The cases where nothing is specified are "unknown"
