Processed data set in pending #473

Consider moving to agronomy/scripts:

1-Treatment column originally specified to a column with treatment codes. re-assigned treatment to a column with treatment description. 2-Communicated with data authors to know fertilizer information, which was missing initially. 3-Data set appears to be missing some treatments e.g. maize-maize, instead it only shows groundnut-maize treatments.
