No need to add the publication info to the PR. It should be listed under meta$publication
The yield data is the mean for each treatment. Are the numbers not available for each rep? If not, you cannot assign the mean to each rep, so you would need to remove the reps. Can you please fix this?
Please check if I was correct in my understanding about insecticide_used and innoculant

The dif shows that all lines changed. Probably because I copied and pasted. Sorry about that.

Also note that there should be three values for trial_id (three locations x 1 season)

Thanks for the feedback.

You are correct about insecticide_used and inoculant. The insecticide was used for pigeon pea and inoculant for soybean.

The yield is a mean of each treatment and has not been reported for each replication so I would remove the reps.
