Moved to _pending because it seems that this file has mulitple observations in time for some variables. If so, these are higly valuable and need to be captured as "timevars". Perhaps @cedricngakou can have a look at that?
Also, the fertilizer amounts are wrong. DAP has both N and P and urea is not 100% N.
The georeferencing needs to be improved. Use ICRISAT, not Patancheru
