Please look at the changes I made to "treatment_vars" and elsewhere. Also please note that I have removed your script because it was a duplicate. The dataset had already been processed. This would have been clear if you have tried to save it in the appropriate folder (scrp[ts/agronomy), You can also run carobiner::on_github to check if a dataset had been processed.
