Hi Robert. Great to have the feedback for the previous submissions! The script is updated using the template.R and also the doi_10.21223_P3_FHUVF9.R

I see "This branch has conflicts that must be resolved" so you are not doing this correctly. Before you do anything else, you must fix conflicts in your fork. Perhaps the easiest thing to do is to delete your fork and create a new one.

Thanks. I have edited the script. Please have a look at the changes I made. I think that the main things I have done are:

removed the default comments
removed the use of carobiner::change_names (deprecated)
removed tryCatch (not allowed),
set the response_vars to "yield;yield_marketable"
set the carob_date to "2024-09-11" (do not use a function, this is a fixed value).
