The README.md file should explain to new comers how to contribute to the project:

  1. Install git.
  2. Git clone.
  3. Branches by issues.
  4. Explanation about PRs
  5. Tests policy and explanations

Collaboration explanation added. Need to make main branch protected, and add test build.
