ESIC form date picker issue #114

  1. when the ESIC page opens first time for a new customer, the date picker for date of registration has a default date selected for current day. If we don't change it (not clicked on the date picker at all) and try to save the other details, while all other details are saved, the date is passed as null only.
  2. Date picker also has the same problem as mentioned for MCA details tab.
