The latest version of sbe-tool on nuget seems to be almost 3 years old. Just wondering when the latest be available on nuget.

I was the last person to refresh that and it's looking for a new maintainer.

As part of this effort, would it also be possible to upgrade the System.Memory version used by the dotnet package?
