Small Bug with discord webhook when modifying settings #25

https://i.imgur.com/6esImnh.gif The gif explains it all but to reproduce the error you modify a server with different values and it still shows the old config in the webhook, pretty simple fix

26 this seems to have fixed it but this was just a quick look over it
