[FEATURE]: add order command

• [ ] user can order café items: coffee, Tea, Snacks, Desserts
• [ ] Image and a motivational post will be sent with the ordered item
• [ ] user can also order those for someone else and leave them a message

This Idea I cancelled due to limited usage case
