Describe the bug Giant mislayered clothing

To Reproduce With fancy mode on, run the game.

Expected behavior No giant pants.

Additional context Has been occurring for a while, likely a gpu bug.

Several potential fixes have been applied. Next internal beta will test the fixes, although that may take some time.

I believe the latest windows version should have a fix deployed, but I've never had the issue on any of my machines

Should be fixed on windows but not linux due to compiling hoops.
