Node Cleanup and Extensive Passthrough #39

'Nodes' are how the sub-town exploration features currently operate. The code was made more centralized and generic, reducing the shared upkeep. In this case, it is still very janky, but at least there aren't 6 different copies of the same handlers anymore.

Many of the nodes also had balance changes as a result of other features, like Currency.

Nodes are getting another refactor, this one also pretty extensive.
