Started out as a Death Cheater Revamp: Death Cheaters are people that killed you, that you later then killed, coming back to try again.
The code here was mostly aimed at integrating them into time reworks without crashing, if I recall correctly, but they received mechanical cleanup around how they persist and what happens if they win/lose.
Later, after Skillsystem was reworked, this system was broadened into a generic 'reoccurring person'. For now this is just Fell Reavers.
This is distinct from the occupant system where people navigate the world randomly and interact with various features- these people specifically only interact with the Player, randomly when wandering.
This issue covers both making that noticeable, unique, and engaging.
