Drawbanes could be Hijacked for more Thematic Loot #56

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Drawbane storage on NPCs is currently used for one thing that doesn't result in a drawbane loot screen- Feat Fragments. This opens the possibilities to having other non-Drawbane loot be given, such as Gems (Amber would be a nice one to make a new enemy type that has, as well as Gem Golems or something else), Force favor, Merchant Favor, bonus XP, etc etc.

Describe the solution you'd like There could be more 'internal' drawbanes added that alter the player's non-Drawbane state, which would help round out looting a bit more. Since NPCs have levels, it would be possible to have the looting bit scale from uneffective level at the time of the NPC's demise by passing them in to the loot function. Some things would not need to scale- like the current Feat Fragments, but others would.

Describe alternatives you've considered There could be additional fields which store these values (excessive and expensive) or loot could remain limited as-is.
