KILL Command not implemented #31

The KILL Command is not implemented

Implemented

Usage is different to account for channel specific connections. You need to use RAW in mirc as it formats it to specification. Additionally if the user in the target channel is on other channels through same socket it will kill them in the other channels too.

User gets disconnected after KILL.
