Pass the value of USE_BOOST to kNet, Ogre and AssImp, SkyX and Hydrax. See Windows and OS X deps scripts for example. Use Intel Thread Building Blocks for Ogre's threading if USE_BOOST is FALSE, as is done in the Windows build script.
