Tundra repository is misleadingly named as "naali" #646

We should start a new repository with the name "Tundra".

github has a rename button, i tested it in my naali fork (which has been called tundra for a while) - don't remember now offhand what happens with the github network graph etc upon rename.

web links are broken for sure (at least that's what github said ages ago, and that no forward etc. would be coming -- haven't checked whether that has change), but perhaps that not a problem as it remains easily findable anyways (as obviously we change the links from realxtend.org etc)
