Adminotech core fixes pt. 8

• Loads of profiler window improvements
  • Clean up UI in all fronts: make fonts bigger, format text so its easier to read, arrage Ogre related tabs into own subtabwidget. Put the ui file to the build, no more loading from disk path + findChild horror.
  • Fixes dumping stuff to disk from various panels. Saves files to %APPDATA%/logs.
  • Fix crash bugs on right click tree widget popup menus.
  • Implements config settings so your timing interval, tree/flat view selection etc. are loaded like you last left them.
  • Implements timing tree/flat list filtering, easy to only show the profiler blocks you are interested in.
• Fixes compile warnings and debug mode compile errors
• Document and tweak Application API. No breaking script facing changes.
• Adds TotalVideoMemory() to SystemInfo.h/.cpp for >= Windows Vista.
• Fix random ogg playback issues (64bit builds were more frequently affected)

Assets page info as been empty for a long time as it has not been ported to the Tundra Asset API system. Bullet page seems to be fine for me at least (admino_tundra HEAD).

Yeah, just noticed that it has been so always and not as result of the profiler modifications.

@cadaver Yeah Asset page has not been ported to tundra2 or dunno if it was ever for tundra1. AssetAPI currently exposes everything in order to show assets and current transfers, just need to impl that.

Bullet only shows content when you actually have active physics collisions, i tought it was broken too but apparently it does not list physics object but collisions while they are happening. Try walking with avatar on something and you should see stuff in the bullet list.
