Add actions for Entity groups in Scene Structure window #720

Currently the only Entity group -specific UI action is Ungroup. Add Locate, Select, etc.

Also Edit and Edit in new should be available for groups. Editing group would be same as batch-edit for entities i.e. open all the entities in EC editor.
