Could you please be more specific? What is "^" button? I cannot see such when starting Tundra. On what platform does this occur?

He probably refers to "dead keys". If I remember correctly we had this problem with the french guys (they have this ê letter which you can get by pressing that "^" dead key and then "e" - see #465) Closing this as a duplicate of #465 which is in turn a duplicate of #250. @mievaan you can follow the work on this in issue #250.

Ali this probably also will be fixed if you figure out the inputapi script crash for those special chars for mac/VC10. It would be important to get this fixed, but if its deep inside Qt then I don't know.
