Configurable shadow far distance #736

Currently hardcoded to 50.

Requires changing the hardcoding from SuperShader.cg, Shadow1Tap.cg & Shadow4Tap.cg into an uniform shader variable, and updating that in all shadow receiving materials programmatically.
