Colorpickers in Repeater #23

Colorpickers are not properly initialized if there are no values stored within the Repeater on load.

So, if you added a Repeater to the Post Edit screen that contains a Colorpicker it will not work at first. A Row must be created and then the Post must be saved. Then once the page reloads, the Colorpicker will work properly.

In fact, even when adding a new Row it does not work. Each Row must be first saved and then it will initialize.

This has been fixed with the rewrite.
