There may be other hooks where this would be good to include.
Use case is if you remove the Post Type Support for the Editor but you want to run code on hooks for TinyMCE or the like to use with RBM FH then those will not fire off.
Example: Outputting some l10n'd JS for a TinyMCE button to use which you've added to your RBM FH WYSIWYG.
