Select2 within a Repeater breaks visually #93

Field works just fine, but it shows a broken looking Select2 field to the side along with the original <select> field.

The Select2 should have its styling tweaked to appear correctly and the original <select> field needs hidden.

It only breaks in this exact way when Option Groups are enabled.

However, there is still a styling bug within Repeaters without Option Groups enabled.
