Menu link hard to access #21

I see a glitch on our site that needs a tweak. Tested with chrome, IE, Opera, and Safari on Windows 7, hovering over the blog icon and it's associated slice of the pie, intermittently shows (and clicks through to) Portfolio. It's most obtrusive for me in Chrome though I don't know why it would be different. It truly is difficult to access the blog. @BigActual
