This is also an option when editing an Event, similar to #18

With #22, this has changed to use the Events Calendar and now the Featured Event for the Slider is decided by a Event Category called "Featured". The most recently created Event with that Category is what is used, but it may be simpler to instead "un-feature" an Event before choosing one to feature to ensure it is always the desired one.
