EDD introduces an Insert Download button above TinyMCE. Since the Render EDD extension provides an redundant and more complete interface for inserting shortcodes, I believe it would make sense to remove that button to reduce confusion and encourage users to utilize the Render modal for everything.
At the same time, it would be nice to allow admins to add it back from the settings page.
Note: this request will likely be the same for many different integrations so considering a standardized method for doing this from within an extension might be worthwhile. It would just require the extension developer to specify what should be removed and would automatically create a new setting to add it back. Make sense? Possible?
