You should write your final report as a FreeBSD quarterly status report. The most recent report just went out, so yours won't be published for another 3 months. You can follow the instructions here: https://docs.freebsd.org/en/articles/freebsd-status-report-process/
I suggest something like this at the bottom of the file, and removing the GSoC mention at the top of the file.

I didn't want to publish it in the newest report, as I deemed it a little too early back then. I'll definitely submit one after EuroBSDCon.
Could you help me write this section? Or do you think this is enough? I suck at this kinda stuff, so any ideas are very appreciated.
According to Google's Work Product Submission Guidelines I should write some kind of final report, but that doesn't really apply to fuse-ufs, as it's a standalone project and not a direct contribution to FreeBSD.
