working towards minimal feature complete

[ ] all displayed buttons either work as intended or create an output suggesting what they will be intended to do
- [ ] all buttons actually do what is intended
[ ] allow marking, movement between candidate arrhythmias
[ ] mark and track arrhythmias as confirmed/rejected/not-scored
