[x] tool to display signals and annotation marks
- implemented using pandas data frame structure (time series column paired to signal or event marking column)
[x] tool to collect user feedback [StateA, StateB, NotScored, ...]
- interactions using list widgets and buttons to jump to events for marking, would also be useful to have ability to mark on the graph itself (is there a pyqtgraph clicked coordinates function?)
