Bugfix for labchart_text_extract.merge_signal_data_pieces

Modifies labchart_text_extract.merge_signal_data_pieces to make first "block" start from t=0. Fixes bug where labchart traces were not displayed in GUI.

Also incorporates changes made in emouse-hr branch
