tcl not packaged well enough.

bugs in parsing command line text

ref before defined for some other variables due to bad logic control

also needed a better copy of the pandas site-package

multiprocessing won't multiprocess...

seems unable to locate python executable ... unclear if working directory related or if other libraries are needed to make it work
