Transparency for some OSD windows. Mainly the video processing OSD. It takes up half the screen and is completely opaque. Somewhat jarring especially since most of the OSD windows have transparency. Couple others I notced that are opaque are the zoom amount OSD and subtitle delay OSD. If the opaque OSD windows/dialogs are intentional, then I guess it's an RFE.

Updated in 1.1.16. Now controlled by same slider as the one created for https://github.com/realcopacetic/skin.copacetic/issues/45
