version clarification #5

Is this for mailman2 or mailman3?

I'm sure I could answer my own question here, but it seems that this should be clear in the README page.

Mailman2. I think that mailman3 wasn't much of a thing when I first wrote this, but I might be wrong about the timeline :) I added the version to the readme. Thanks!
