Not compatible with Laravel >=5.4 / Symfony >=3 #15

This package requires "doctrine/cache" 1.4 which is part of Symfony <= 2.8. Is there any plan to upgrade doctrine requirements in order to be compatible with Symfony 3 o 4 and its related frameworks? (requires doctrine/cache v1.7.*)
