Define format of candidate visibility data #18

We will generate visibility snippets to be archived. What metadata and format should they have?

Baseline plan is to write SDMs with sdmpy without dedispersion correction.

Is it adequate to modify metadata only for new time range?

Rich Moeser has a prototype of a scan cutout feature on the CBE. Bryan has written specification for minimal SDM. TBD, develop cut-out BDF (rather than single BDF SDMs) support for mini-SDMs.
