Can internal portal be based on jupyterhub? #23

We have working prototype that uses jupyterhub as a front end. Do we want to redevelop front end for internal portal or further develop notebooks for use with jupyterhub?

Leaning toward no on this question. Jupyterhub offers some value and could be deployed to support analysis of candidates, as prototyped already. However, the core function of the portal (rapid tagging of events as good/bad) will be built around a database (or search index) with a simple web front end.
