vysmaw to rfpipe #58

Live test of reading data with vysmaw API and passing it to working rfpipe scheduler (using dask distributed).

Can now simulate vys stream and get into rfpipe. Live test going from scan configuration multicast into rfpipe on cluster is not yet complete. Closing this one and opening more specific long term issue.
