portal needs easier display of mocks from cands view #69

Tagging mocks is tricky from cands view. Better to have pop up or one-click to get mocks for a given scan with a cand.

Hmm, there might be a way to automatically look at the mocks given as input while writing out the candidate to the index.

Got the front end to show pop up of preferences from pop up of scan info seen with candidate.
