Excel File is not opening on Office 2010

I am using the latest version of ExcelLibrary

I create A Simple Excel File with the ExcelLibrary

If I open it by Excel 2003, it will open normally. but if i open it by Excel 
2010, Excel 2010 gives the following message anddo not open:

Excel Found Unreachable Content in "test.xls". Do you want to recover the 
contents of this workbook? if you trust the source of this workbook, click yes.

I click yes, but the excel does not show the sheet.
