The default format of an empty cell is Custom (date) instead of General #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
Create a new empty Excel spreadsheet using excellibrary and save it to a file.
2.
Open the spreadsheet with Excel, right click on any empty cell, select "Format Cells"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

On the Number tab, in the Category list, the General should be highlighted
(default format in Excel). Instead, the Custom format is highlighted with a
date format string.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows XP Professional, ExcelLibrary 1.0.0.0
