the ralink 3070 is supported. The driver rt2800usb is the problem.
You can try that
http://www.backtrack-linux.org/wiki/index.php/Wireless_Drivers#rt2800usb
But it didn´t worked for me in BT5 R1. In BT4 R2 everything works fine.

One question..
It´s necessary to update de driver rt2800usb as you write in bt4 r2 to work
fine or the driver rt2800usb works fine without update in bt4 r2 ??
Thanks a lot.

There's no need to update the rt2800usb driver in Bt4 R2. everything works like

Confirming that the rt2800usb driver works with patched compat wireless :) (Has
worked since I first tried weaver, somewhere around r20 I believe)
Have had no success with wash yet however.

What usb wireless you have ?

It does not work in bt5r2. brought to current today (18 July). What's the
problem here? I am grabbing the above mentioned patches but their for a much
older kernel. This is using a Tenda W311U, with the RT2800 library. Things were
working fine under bt4r2, then this 'upgrade' broke it. This is a serious bug,
and it needs to be fixed, and this hardware put into whatever verification
process there is for new releases.

I also have the same issue as above, I am using Kali Linux version 3.14, and
when I run airmon-ng, ifconfig, or iwconfig, the card is not listed. I am also
using the TP-Link tl-wn727n V4 wireless card, I can't find a way to install the
drivers.
