Reality Collective - Service Framework Pull Request

Overview

Removes duplicate utility scripts and establishes compatibility with the latest Utilities release.
Removes explicit dependencies (editor coroutines) in place of peer dependencies via Utilities
Removes unused dependency to addressable package
Fixes missing transparency on asset icons
