Remove speech and dictation as well gestures stuff until ready for reimplemtation

• Removes any speech command related code and assets
• Removes any dictation related code and assets
• Removes mouse controller and assets
• Removes Xbox and Unity Touch controller and assets

All these things either do not work correctly or are obsolete in terms of what the toolkit is aiming to be.
