Overview

Adjustments and modifications to support loose dependency to locomotion and camera packages.

Removed package dependency to camera service package
Removed all usage of the camera service in the input system
Cleaned up some teleport related assets that I missed last time

Breaking Changes

None

Testing Status

Manually tested in combination with development state of camera and locomotion package.
