biaobiao：我们拉带目前预设的拉力是多少，也就是扣位设计尺寸比实际计算尺寸减少多少？

After discussion with 硅胶 supplier, we cannot use Silicon because of (1) we have to coat Silicone , which will increase the cost. (2) Silicone's dimension is not stable. (3) Hard to glue.

New decision: we don't use Silicone. We try to seek TPE / TPU to solve the problem.

The key is Tensile Strength should close to silicone, which is < 10 Mpa.

31日访问巴斯夫分析用料，产品设计：1、拉力设计2公斤比较适合，原先1公斤太低，2、拉伸变形按20%到30%设计，3、拉动时截面积小的部分先变形；图纸更改部分：1、长度设为79，比旧版多8，最小手机时最大拉伸空间有9，2、薄壁由1.2改为1，3、厚壁2.5改为2.6，长38+4？4、薄壁长，？5、孔改为下面到C角上面园角；推荐使用硬度60材料

关于抗紫外线：深色料可以不用，浅色料一定要加，可以在原料加，也可以配色是添加抗Uv

拉伸20%就是长度变长20%，料商建议拉伸部分厚度再减薄到0.8
